Software help

Major prerequisite: The best method for success…

Before learning the details of the software, let’s talk about how it can benefit you:

Providing you with texts in good English, for example 50 texts of 1,500 characters each, all of which are different.

Stage 1:

Draft a first text. Then create three versions of this first text in a « normal » way or three other texts using the same editorial structure (i.e. the same paragraph breaks) and the same points covered in the different paragraphs.
Next, import the files into the software breaking them down into the paragraphs and optional sections. More precisely, place the first paragraph of each text in the first paragraph of the tree, the second in the second paragraph and so on until the end of the text.
Therefore for each paragraph, you have the possible « basic » versions, which are the prerequisite for generating the different output texts.

Stage 2:

Create a dictionary of exceptions and select it as dictionary 1 for the project. This dictionary protects your client’s key words and those, which may not be spun under any circumstances (such as the client’s brand, its baseline, the name of its products, etc.)

Stage 3:

Connect your general dictionary as dictionary 3 (and not dictionary 2).

Stage 4:

Create a dictionary of synonyms for certain terms/phrases, which relate to the client’s specific field, which appeared in previous texts and for which the general dictionary is not equipped.
Take advantage of the software by not being content with 1-word terms, but by placing fragments of sentences where possible.
Connect this dictionary as dictionary 2 of the project.

Stage 5:

Review all the texts by going over every word in order to see which words fit your context. If necessary exchange or exclude words, which are not right in the context.

Stage 6:

Produce the final texts and correct if necessary any grammar mistakes (e.g. it only takes a few minutes with Antidote ).

Use the guideline to follow the order of these steps appropriately.
